Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for any non sale or non clearance items.  Items for return or exchange must be unused, show no wear or damage and include any and all original packaging and materials included with the product.  Proof of original purchase is required for a return or an exchange.  Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the buyer.   Contact support to initiate a return or exchange.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be refunded the full amount minus any shipping costs for the item in the same form of payment that was received.  The policy does not include normal wear and tear. For wear and tear issues a fee may be applied. We do not reimburse shipping costs. When shipping is included in the product price at the time of purchase, actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If the product is determined to have been used or is damaged, we will not be able to issue you a refund as the item will be returned to you.

A 10% Restocking fee may apply, at our discretion, to any product sold in our webstore. We reserve the right to deny return and/or exchange services for any reason.  Individual found abusing our return policy will be refused return and exchange services.

We stand by the products that we elect to sell. Defected and damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.  Products such as handmade knives and other handmade gear are handled in accordance to the respected craftperson's warranty policies. Please contact customer support for any products with defects.
